Kiwano (Horned Melon) Ecuador

This fruit is shaped like an oval melon with thorns that look like horns, with an exotic taste. It is green at first and orange with darker areas when it matures. The interior is very juicy, striking green pulp with white seeds similar to those of a cucumber.
